Qualifications

An application with income verification is required to receive sliding-scale price adjustments.

Our services are provided at a sliding scale fee schedule at or below 75% of the Seattle area median income in 2022.

Annual income requirements to qualify:

• Family size 1 = below $63,480

• Family size 2 = below $72,540

• Family size 3 = below $81,610

• Family size 4 = below $90,680

• Family size 5 = below $97,930
